LoL optimized PC

USA and btw i dont need an OS, but i do need a keyboard, mouse, and 1080p monitor.

would an athlon x4 760 handle it on max?

looks pretty solid, i build one based off what i was told that a athlon x4 760 and 750ti could max it out, same price as yours, but instead of the ssd and cpu cooler i got a keyboad/mouse, wifi adapter, and a 750ti with a good cooler
