R7 260X is the "better" one of the two; If you want better power efficiency then get the GTX 750.

r7 260x is much better . the 750 is more comparable to the 250x than the 260x. but i think it would be better if you give us your pc specs and please include the psu its very important

r7 260x is a stronger card. It'll give better frames if your power supply can handle it.

The GTX 750 uses less power. If you have a weaker power supply, it's one to consider. It doesn't meant that it will be able to run off a weaker power supply.

from your mobo i think its a low end cpu which may not play well with cards like 260x. you may have to upgrade to avoid bottlenecks but still it is always better to list your system specs .

I'd imagine the r7 260x would work in that system.

You have this;

1 x PCI Express x16 slot

And a 450W PSU, no matter of the quality as it can run off really cheap 300W PSU's.

It'll work.

So, my pc spec will work on ATI R7260X? without upgrading other components?
