I am looking to find a liquid cooling solution for my i7 4770k within a $115 price range (if there is something for like 130 or 140, do recommend that as I might continue to save up for them)

I am getting about 31c-33c on idle and about 36-55c on load (this is with all fans running at full)

I do plan on overclocking (hence the reason I got a unlocked cpu) and I live in Maine so it is quite hot during this time of year and then it is a tundra the rest of the time and I may be moving to florida to a liquid cooling solution would be the best in terms of keeping temps low.
