you have a PCI-E X16 slot (long slot with clip on end), put it there and you'll have no trouble at all.

Yes it will fit, no problem. If you look to game, your system has a lot of potential, but the gpu is very slow Look at the r7 260x, or a r9 270.

No, because of the slow gpu, you could get by with a 500watt, but I recommend getting this power supply
Cx 600:http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Builder-Series-Watt-CX600...

Is this a gaming pc, or not?

You invested in the wrong components then. In a gaming build the cost of GPU is usually twice that of the CPU

Yes..... you will be able to play games at very very low settings at 1080p with unacceptable frame rates. Go for atleast an r7 260x or r7 265, or a gtx 750ti/gtx 760. Save some money on the power supply and go with an xfx 550w.

I would stick with the 650W corsair PSU, as you never wat to just limit your future upgrade compatability, if you can get a 650W PSU and your happy, get it, as in the long run the power supply is more efficient and you have headroom for an upgrade later on.

Yeah, actually get the components, and get all the high end parts with a sub-par gpu, and then when you have enough buy like a gtx 770 or an r9 290

I tend to invest a lot more in a graphics card, But in some cases it is best to buy a higher-end CPU as you then have the opportunity to get a much better GPU later.
