OI recently purchased a Seagate expansion 1TB.
Hard drive failed and person using it attempted reformatting.
I (ignorantly) tried fixing with TestDisk
I have no partitions.
I care not for the data (unlike everything i have found online)
I just want to use the HDD.
Can i fix it?

few weeks old, but i believe it corrupted due to improper removal.
I would return but lost receipt, but i read i can repartition because health of drive is good, just cant seem to find how.
