Going by the parts you picked, I guess you are on a cheap budget :p

The ones i7Baby has listed would be preferred as they are amazing quality, but I know since the VS is not in north america, you may not have some of them available to you.

The Antec VP450 or 550w is a decent choice for your setup and the only one I can think of off hand that I could recommend. It would depend what country you are in/site you are using to.

Edit: Here's a power supply tier list to check out how PSUs will rank in quality

I would suggest you get at least a tier 2 Class B PSU

My 11 old PC is still running like a champ despite not being taken care of and being plugged from wall power many times.I guess that sums up why PSU is very important, right?

in your country the VS series is quite a common recommendation. You probably could get away with something like the cx430watt. It isn't the best just because it just is so basic. Nothing about it is really fancy or that. but jonnyguru gave it all 9's which is pretty good http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story4&reid=214 If you lived in america I wouldn't really recommend it but for just a little more most likely than the vs it isn't all that bad.

Well unless you want to bump up your budget you will be stuck with something like the cx430 watt. and 430 watts is more than enough for that card. I've seen people use the cx430 watt power supplies with even larger video cards that only have one six pin power connector. So unless you plan on going up more in your budget the cx 430w is really the only choice.

There can be problems with any power supply, the cx isn't that bad of a choice if they can't afford anything else. 90% of the time if a power supply is doa it most likely happened from the workers tossing the packages in the air. If someone like jonny who doesn't get paid for doing reviews, gives it all 9's I would trust his opinion better than yours.

You also will want to think again about that i3. that asrock board isn't currently being shipped by asrock with the update applied to work with that i3. so you will need to either get a different board, or you will need to get the non refresh i3

Everywhere, america normally gets the latest rev first, it is kind of funny because some motherboard manufactures have their HQ located in places like china etc... But asrock currently isn't shipping that board anywhere that has the update so it can be out of the box compatible. So I would say the performance gain would be very very minimal. You might just want to go for an fx 6300 and a amd board. You could just get the 4130 I believe it is called that isn't the refresh. If you play a game like mmorpg's or even something like skyrim, the i3 will be the best. But for shooters and that the 6300 would work better.

You can see a big difference in games like crysis 3 which runs on 3 cores, the difference is about 20% and you pay the same price not including the fact the motherboard would be $30 usd cheaper than the asrock board. Games are using more cores, so the i3 lacks for most modern games.
