I'm planning to build my own pc next year and I wanted to inquire if the stuff I'm getting is worth as what I'll be paying for. I'm trying to budget my gear so I don't overspend on my money. :/

These are the peripherals I'm planning to get.

  • Setup:

Motherboard: ASUS A55M-E Motherboard FM2 Socket
    CPU: AMD A10-5800k
    GPU: Radeon HD7770
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 1x4GB 1600Mhz
    Power Supply: CM Thunder 450w
I wanted to ask for opinions if my rig is good enough for gaming at least on 720p. Whether the CPU and GPU will work together since the CPU is an APU.

Other suggestions would be appreciated as long as it's on the budget. :D
Additional information will be provided if necessary.
Thanks.

The APU is old and it's an APU in a system with a dedicated GPU, You should get the AMD Athlon X4 760K instead, it's more powerful and it's cheaper because it doesn't have the igpu.
Then i would take that saved money and get 8GB of RAM, 4GB is really too low for any build i would say. :)

The only reason I'd recommend using an APU and GPU together is if you're going to use Crossfire. Otherwise, save your money and get a CPU without integrated graphics. Unless, of course, you're going with Intel, in which case you don't have much choice. Some, yes. Much, no.

I see. But yeah 8GB of RAM could be better. I could double my purchase for the HyperX. But regarding to the Athlon, since the A- series are more common already here in the Philippines, it could be hard to find. But worth it if I can find one. Thanks. :)
