GPU and CPU fan issues

Hey guys,

I searched a lot about this in this site ,but couldn't get specific answer to exact problem.

So cpu and gpu fan were not working in my pc, i went to service center and replaced cpu fan , the new one is working properly now.

But , the shopkeeper was not able to replace the gpu fan as it is not available anywhere. Then i decided to repair it myself, i took out the gpu fan myself and oiled it properly with mechanical oil , then put it back. The fan worked for 2 - 3 days and it stopped again, i oiled it and again it ran till 3 -4 days.

Psu is 450watts and gpu is galaxy gt430 (almost 3-4 years old)

Is the problem related to GPU fan or power supply/motherboard? help , as i am getting new gpu

there is really not much between these cards , one site will tell you the 750ti is the better card , another will tell you the r7260x is the better card
its down to your personal preferance , also if you want advanced physx then nvidia is your only option

Sounds like it is time to replace the gt430 especially if the fan is defective , i doubt your psu or the motherboard is your problem ,
perhaps it is time to invest in a better card there are many options available to you that wont break the bank

can we say the reason to it is a galaxy gpu ?, and galaxy most probably has smaller fans,.. i have zotac 8400gs working since 6 years

Actually i have a local psu not branded one, and i dont doubt on it, just asking that the new gpu will have any problems on it? ps: i am going for Zotac Gtx 750ti

ok. one more ques., i have seen performance in both gpus, but what do u reccomend is there any good reason to think for r7 260x over the gtx 750ti . r7 has better hardware but it doesnt give desirable fps and overall results comparing to 750ti

Thanks , but the price of R7 265 is bit higher here, and i already ordered zotac gtx 750ti :)

Will it be bottlenecked my old i3 540 3.07 Ghz ?
