guys i have brought R7 250 yesterday and i was playing ac4 at man but when i opppened catylist centre it showed my pc temp is 85 celsius when i paused the game and came to deskstop the temp started falling and came to 50 celsius plz help me is this normal

Do you have Graphics Overdrive enabled in AMD overdrive - Catalyst Control Center? If not enable it and just adjust the Fan speed LEAVE everything else. Put the fan speed upto what ever you prefer 40% odd is usually a nice safe bet on the R7 series I believe. If Graphics Overdrive is already enabled turn up the fan speed. If the temperatures drop a bit then you know cooling is your problem buddy.
Please remember that the R7 250 isn't the greatest of cards so you are not going to get much better than Medium/Low settings on Black Flag.
Does your case have a nice amount of cooling too ? Ambient temperatures of your room ?
Also...what CPU do you have? if your CPU is maxing it can kick off heat too...

bro i have already done fan speed to 100% but still when i plave ac 4 and come to desktop temp is 75 and i don't have good cooling in my room i dont use ac all the time i have i5 2400 with 4 gb ram and 400 psu before the graphics card my cpu was never that hot when i touched it.......

Turn down the settings, just because your card can run Ultra at 30 fps, doesn't mean you should. I used to have an R7 250 and used Mass Effect 3 Medium to high with 50% fan speed and got 40 degrees celsius.
