Help! I did an external build of my pc, I just started it for the first time, it starts and shutsdown immediately and it keeps trying to restart. I don't know why it does this, if someone could help I would be very pleased.

Solution
Hi there!
There could be a lot of reasons why this is happening and since you provided very few details I will list some of the common causes:
- Your memory modules might not be inserted all the way (be sure to have the clamps released and press the module in until they will lock in place automatically)
- Your cpu cooler might be loose (if you're using a stock cooler be sure to press down on all four corners hard until they click in place and only then turn the screws
- You might have a short circuit in one of your USB peripherals (keyboard / mouse / etc)
- You might have forgot to connect something to your motherboard
- Your gpu might not be inserted correctly
- You might have faulty hardware

Please check for either of these...

Please check for either of these and maybe provide some additional details as to what exactly is happening when you power up (any beeps.. etc) and maybe list the hardware components you have

Cheers

Well so all my fans start turning, and I don't hear any beeps (didn't connect a speaker because I don't have one)
After 2 seconds I hear a click in my power supply wich indicates it has shut the power off.

My specs:
CPU: Intel i7-4790 (1150 socket)
GPU: NVidia geforce gtx 770
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-D3HP
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM: Corsair Vengance 2x8GB DDR3
Power supply: Corsair CS750M

And I think everything you suggested is right.
