Are you using the stock cooler? The temperatures are expected to be high on that.

They do seem a bit too high though.

That guy with an i5 may have been using an aftermarket cooler?

Is your PC on high performance power mode(Control Panel Power Options)? That will make the CPU sit at its maximum speed, which will use more power. My 4770K @4.2GHz uses about 35-40W idle on high performance mode.

Balanced mode will allow the CPU to clock down while idle, using less power and making less heat.
