need help deciding on new mobo

ok so i have a mobo g33m02 and i want to upgrade to a mobo that can handle ddr2 800mhz ram and has 2 pci-e slots to power my 2 nvidia geforce 9800 and can support my 6gb/s 500gb hdd i dont care what cpu just better than 755 slot and at least be able to handle a quad-core at 3.0ghz
price range 0-150USD$ dont care bout size of board and has at least 4 240 pin ram slots that can handle at least 2gb perstick

Yes and "half those specs" is more or less the same as "those specs"

You really needs just to spend 500 USD on a new computer and spend ~100/year upgrading it

no man $500 with the same specs not better is not worth paying 300 at the most for a motherboard then maybe 100 bucks a year

Okay, I went over 500 USD, but don't you dare tell me that this has the same specs as your computer. I mean, you're still using DDR2.
You can remove the HDD and maybe the cooler, but after that, you need a bigger budget to do anything
