I've got one stick of 2GB Kingston DDR2 RAM with 800 bus speed. I'm using an Intel DG41RQ MOBO and stock cooler. If I were to overclock it, would it be safe? If yes could you tell me how? Also I'm thinking of getting another stick of 2GB DDR2 so I need the serial(or whatever it's called) but I have no idea where to find it. Help would be appreciated.

Overclocking 2GB of RAM will not gain you much of anything in the way of performance, but adding another 2 GB of RAM will. Furthermore, overclocking might actually damage the RAM if you don't have additional cooling for it or if it wasn't designed to be overclocked. Try to get the exact same brand, size, speed and CAS latency so it will run in dual channel mode which will offer a very slight performance increase as well.
