Hello! I'm from Montevideo, Uruguay. 
It's really hard to find a good graphic card over here, the prices are insane (maybe two o three times their usa price) and no one really cares about gaming so there's no point in asking on a store which card recommend because they will surely choose the most expensive.
Recently I found this webpage that sells lots of different cards at a very cheap price (over here at least) http://www.fastimport.uy/l/Pci-Express_126.html , I want to know which of this cards you recommend for games like Skyrim, Portal 2, or maybe just a card that will be able to play future games without problems (i don't care for full hd and that stuff, just pretty graphics).
I only have U$S200, I can probably save a little more but I don't want to expend lots of money in just a graphic card.

(My spects: Intel i3, no graphic card, using onboard, 4gb of ram, don't remember the model of my mother but it's asrock with 4 usb 3.0 ports and the box said something about 555, 5x usb speed or something like that, my screen is an acer 18'' with max resolution of 1280x1024 so no hope for HD for a while).
