Hi,

Let me start by telling my system specs.
Processor: Intel i5 750 @ 2.67 Ghz
Ram: 4 Gb ddr3
PSU: Cooler Master GX 550 Watt
GPU: Ati Radeon HD 7770 Club 3D GHz Edition
Motherboard: Asus P7H55D-M Pro

Now the problem is, till recently the system has been working fine with no hiccups whatsoever. But yesterday while using skype with a game running in the background, the screen suddenly went completely white and the system didn't seem to be responding.

So i restarted the system and after that each time it got past the Windows login screen and onto the desktop, after say 4-5 seconds the screen changed to White Vertical Lines that each faded into the next line. It happened each time so i changed to safe mode and everything was fine there. Now after browsing the internet it seems it is the GPU causing the issue.

So Here's what i did to try to solve it after browsing the internet for help.
- Took the GPU out and cleaned the contact. (didn't help)
- Plugged in a different 6 pin connector from the PSU into the Graphic card. (didn't help)
- Rolled back drivers and even uninstalled and re-installed them (didn't help)
- Re-installed Windows (helped slightly)

Now out of all the above Re-installing Windows and then re-installing the drivers for the GPU gave a delay in the lines appearing. Now it happens after 1-2 minutes and instead of the lines the screen goes completely grey with slight hint of those white lines in the background. I am out of things to do here. It is evident that this is a GPU related problem but im not sure if there is something else i can do to fix it. Also everything works fine in safe mode and during boot-up, there is no glitch or screen problem during boot-up. It only happens once windows has started. The card is still under warranty so i could claim that, but i just need to make sure if there is something i can do to fix it here since then it'll be gone for nearly a whole month.

Thanks in Advance
