  1. The first one is an OEM CPU. It has shorter warranty (usually) and does not come with a stock CPU cooler. The CPU itself is the same.
  2. Hi there, to what i can see nothing is the difference, one is inside a case and the other isnt.
  3. They both have 2 years warranty . I got stock amd cooler at the moment. So i should get the one that is cheaper?
  4. i think one comes with a cooling fan and the other doesn't i would just youtube it as someone had properly done a unboxing and review

OEM warranty is usually from the supplier. Intel does not provide the standard three-year warranty as with the boxed processor. I believe Intel only provides a one-year warranty for the OEM version.

If you don't need the warranty or cooler, then there's no reason to not get the OEM version.
  6. ok , thanks . And i am watching motherboards and what is the difference between Z87-G45 GAMING-TN and Z87-G45 GAMING ?
  7. Do you have links to the TN version? Although, it's probably more appropriate to create a new thread so users with motherboard experience can pitch in instead of grouping it in this CPU thread.
  8. As far as I can tell, they are identical.
