Kingston or Corsair which one would be best compatible for Sony Vaio VPCEH38FN

My Vaio VPCEH38FN comes with a pre-installed 4GB ram, it's about 2 years old, and now i want to upgrade my ram with another 4GB ram to make it a total of 8GB.

I have decided to buy

either -> Kingston DDR3 4GB Laptop RAM (M51264K110SFR/ M51264K110FR)

or -> Corsair DDR3 4GB Laptop RAM (CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9).

I am now confused which one would be better or compatible with my VAIO.

Need help.

Go to any site of a manufacturer that makes memory. THey usually have little apps that will inspect your device and recommends what memory would be compatible.
