So i have a intel i7 930 @2.8 overclocked to 2.91 processor and its been taking about 50-70% usage when playing a easy game like mine craft, i don't know if that's normal or if i need a new CPU.it might be java not taking enough usage. i have inspected it and it seems to be fine. here is some of my specs encase that helps: (its also at good temps not over heating or nothing)

*GeForce GTX 470 AMPED
*HyperX Kingston 8GB RAM (6.99 usable)
*Coolermaster RM 1000W watt power unit.
*64 BIT
*Windows 7 unlimited
Now i don't understand if there is any settings or mods that i can use to help keep my FPS the same thanks, it also seem to be lagging when its on "100 FPS" thank people.
