The Thermaltake is made by CWT and 80 plus Bronze certified.

The EVGA is made by FSP and also 80plus Bronze certified.

On - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...

The EVGA is rated as Tier 3 - 'not for serious overclcoking'

The Thermaltake is not rated.

I wouldn't recommend either of those power supplies

For a pc with a GTX770 in it you need a power supply of at least 42A on the 12V rail and 600W overall. I'd recommend a Seasonic 620, XFX 650 or Antec HCG 620M

True. But if you had no other choice, the EVGA model beats the Thermaltake model any day. SeaSonic and XFX Black Series are the best rated.
