Should i upgrade my processor or gpu? i5 3450 vs HIS R9 270x iceq x2

Hey guys.I have enough money either to get my desired gpu or cpu..Here are my current pc specs Intel Core i3 3220,Gigabyte H61m-S1,Corsair Value Select 4gb ddr3 1333,Sapphire HD 7770 1gb GDDR5.There is an offer for gpu which is available at some low price.That is HIS R9 270x iceq x2 turbo ..and i want to upgrade my cpu to i5 3450 which is same cost as the gpu.So what should i get.I mostly play games and the offer ends within 10 days for the gpu and the price will be increased again.SO need quick answer

you are right mate.I tempted for both but i'm confused to get the cpu or gpu,i too have the idea of getting the gpu cause the offer ends soon,So on your word,get set,gooooooooo...
