So I want to buy new computer, and I will probably try out watch dogs,it seems like a cool game.

I will buy i5-4670k,ssd 250gb evo 840,8gb ram.

I want to know how many fps I can get on 1920*1200 or 1920*1080.
How much can I get on ultra graphic(everything maxed up) and on high settings(about 70-80%),for
r9-280x and gtx 780.

So that is 4 short answers.
I hope you understand,thank you.

Solution
Then here is your answer.with i5 4670k and gtx 780 you get 50-70 fps @ultra (1920x1080) but sometimes it drops to 40-50 while playing in high populated areas or while driving cause it is a bad pc port...now coming to r9 280x you get 40-60 fps @ultra (1920x1080) and it drops to 30-40 while driving at more populated areas..Is it enough or you need more..Hope you like my answer

R9 280x and GTX 780?? lol...GTX 780 is more powerful compared to 280x..Well if you are so curious about Watch Dogs get GTX 780..Remember GTX 780 is very powerful card which can max out Watch Dogs easily.and it even depends upon your luck tooo,.I have R9 270x and i can play the game with 40 fps high and some have r9 280x (powerful than r9 270x) and they get 15fps on low settings too.And watch dogs runs great on Nvidia cards..Google more to know more....

I know that gtx780 is more powerful, but it cost 300$ more in my country.
I just wanted to know how much I get with one card on high and ultra, and how much with another card.
For example:
asus radeon r9 280x: high-50fps ultra-35fps
gtx 780: high-90fps ultra-60fps

I was asking for that king of answer.
Also I did google it but want to confirm here.

Not bad,I even picked it as a solution. Anyway,I think you will get a little less fps with r9 280x,for ultra like 40-50.
Is gtx 780 worth extra 300$?

Yes you get little fps with r9 280x..and get GTX 780..You can play all future games @ultra-high 1920x1080 for atleast 2years.Better get it before it is too late. And here is the link that shows you the best GTX 780
http://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/1701/geforce-gtx-780.html
just check that link and observe all the core speeds and mhz and select your card.If you have some more money then go with GTX 780ti...anyway GTX 780 is beast tooooo....GOOD LUCK GAMING.MATE

Watch dogs is a tricky game. I have a 780ti 3gb overclocked to 1305mhz core and +395mhz memory with a FX8350 clocked to 4.6ghz and I still get frame drops as low as 19-25 during car chases. The game is horribly optimized for pc. I would expect ubisoft to have patched this by now.
The same setup runs Skyrim(heavily modded) at 200+ fps.

Update: on High textures instead of Ultra i got a low of 40fps.
Update 2: discovered using GPU-Z that the high setting uses 2,9ish gb of VRAM. No wonder it is studdering in ultra, probably need 4-5gb to run that. I hope there is a pacth on its way. The games graphics arent that great so the fact that it uses so much VRAM must be beacause the engine is total crap.
