Ok, so after I finished builing my pc and had played around on it for a while i can confirm one thing : the stock fan was FUCKING LOUD.
So loud in fact, it reached 5000 RPM. I think it was trying to take off.
Now here comes the kicker : the temps were reaching up to 78 degrees celsius! I think that's quite bad, my dad says it's not and a computer specialist from the shop i bought my motherboard from says it's fine. I am still a little worried though. I did switch out the stock cooler for one that i had around the house(was an older stock from an AMD pc) , it's much much queiter, the temps are still the same though.

Is it normal for my cpu to get 78 degrees celsius while playing something like assassins creed 4? I have added 2 extra fans for airflow, one on the top of my case and one at the bottom. This didn't help almost at all though.
Any ideeas? Solutions?
I am out of money and I don't think I can squeeze more out of my dad to get a good cooler, especially since the dude at the IT shop told him it's fine .

1x at bottom, putting air inside case , 1x at top on side of the case taking air out, 1 x on the roof of the case taking air out .I set them up like this because i thought hot air goes upwards, so it's best to have 1 putting cold air in and two taking it out at the top, avoiding to have hot air pockets.) I am having some discrepancies though, one program (riva tuner + HWInfo) is showing me 79 degrees during assassins creed 4 gameplay while core temp is showing 69 as a maximum, how come the 10 degree offset?

How much of a difference do you think a coolermaster hyper 212 evo would make? Would it keep my cpu under 65 in games? Bear in mind, i am having that offset between programs that monitor temps..

Hey, just did some more testing , it seems the heatsink i had around the house keeps the cpu hotter than the stock one ( the socket temp is at 79-80 with the one i had while with stock i get a max of 74). Going to order a hyper 212 evo tomorrow, hope it is enough for my cpu as i am not overclocking, or if i am it will only be to 4.0 ghz max. Thanks for replying!
