Can someone help me figure out if my Qnix 2710 is working?

I just got it for my new build but my processor has not come in yet so I do not currently have a computer in the house which connects to dvi-d. When I hit the power the power indicator led stays blue for 3 seconds and then starts flashing red. Again it is not connected to a computer. Is it working as intended?

Solution
Yes and no. It is working as intended for the unit being powered on with no video signal coming to it. No because it is intended to operate with a video device attached and a video input. Bottom line be patient and wait till you have the system together. Or you could buy an adapter to connect from whatever computer you have to the dvi-d. My opinion is you have the cart before the horse here. You need to know that your new build is working. Remember you have built a system which is made up of various parts. Once the system is assembled you can then validate the performance of the parts.
