Looking to do 2 quiet system builds

I want a very quiet system. Cases, Graphic Card, and Fan Suggestions? I have 2 builds, they both have to be under 1,800 dollars each. I want 1 with and i5/i7 (for my fiances gaming) and the other with an amd fx-8350, and 16 gigs of ram. Rest is up to you.

actually no, I am looking for a quiet build this time, to see if it is any cheaper. There was no reason to state that either, other then just plain rudeness, sorry I come here because there are people like yourself that probably know more about computers then I do. That is why I asked the question.

see the noise is due to fans and case..

so just configure that-
Cooler master has silencio series and nzxt has h series !
now for fans learn bigger the size less is the noise..
So you can try 120 mm fans or try liquid coolers by cooler master like the seidon series or the hyper series for air cooling !
Rest you have to do some research yourself for the socket types and other filters...

I know that, however I was just looking at opinions on the quietest case and fans out there. But still being able to move quiet a bit of air.

Silencio is really silent ! though it is more costly than others.
