what drivers should I install?

As of right now, I have the disk that came with the motherboard and the drivers for my Graphics Card. I am using Windows 8.1 and it's on my SSD card. I have a Seagate Barracuda 1TB hard drive but it doesn't show up in my Disk Managment, however I see it in my BIOS? Do I need to download anything to make that work?

Unplug the SATA data cable from the drive that isn't recognized. Start Windows. Plug in the data cable to the drive. See if Windows starts installing drivers for it. Verify recognition.

I just tried that and still nothing appeared in the disk management section.- also my SSD is my C: drive, and it recognizes both that and my ASUS CD drive
