Hi guys i just wanna know if these 2 graphics work together i just want to have my dedicated HD 7870 running all the time...

Can i uninstall these ? Intel center drivers e.t.c?

No, your computer will automatically use the 7870. It just says that is has INTEL graphics because theres a built in GPU on your Intel CPU.
