Battlefield 4 FPS problem

Hello guys, i have a problem with Battlefield 4. i am playing on ultra with 80-130 fps but sometimes my fps going down to 26 even 14 what the hell is that ????? my pc spec

CPU: Core i5 3570K
GPU: Gigabyte R9 280X 3GB 384Bit Windforce rev 2.0
HDD: 2TB seagate Sata 3, 7200RPM 64MB Cache
PSU: 750W CoolerMaster

First how you did you get 80-130 fps on ultra? i got 770 which is a bit better like 5fps i should get more my cpu is a bit lower and 8 ram i play the game on 1440x900 according to gpuboss and i get 57-80 on high ultra wow.. hm 14 fps check your temps also see how many % is the res scaling it should be on 100% on 200% even 780 have fps dips.

Well very good question, but i really don't know how do i have 80-130 fps, cause in Youtube benchmarks of BF 4 on Similar pc gets maximum 90 FPS, maybe mine is high cause of map (80-130 i get in Operation Locker - map), resources maximum going to 87%
and temperature of GPU around 72C and CPU 58C

P.S i play on 1080P, and also my Vid is 384 bit, and i got around 45% more Shader and stream processors
