I have recently started having this problem where when I leave my computer idle for a few min or when I manually put it to sleep, the screen will turn black but the computer fans will remain on.
However when I try to wake it up by moving the mouse or pressing a key, nothing works. I have to hard reboot my computer just to resume windows. I have no idea where this issue could have stemmed from since it's just out of the blue.
