MOBO: ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel
VIDEO CARD: ASUS DirectCU II R9270X-DC2T-4GD5
MEMORY: G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin
CASE: Rosewill THOR V2-W Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, come with Four Fans
POWER: Rosewill ARC 750 Continuous 750W@40 C degree ATX12V
Will have my old hard drive, SSD, mouse, keyboard, monitor.

Is it gonna be OK with that power supply i have?

I won't be able to until the morning (where I live), I'm sure someone will for me.

If you want to overclock you may want to get an aftermarket cpu cooler like the NH-D14 or CM hyper 212 evo to keep your cpu cool when OC'ing.

Thanks, it just helps people wanting to answer questions because it could have been about anything.

Right, you may want to opt for a cheaper CPU such as an i5 4570/4670 and get the best GPU you can with the remaining money. This will get you far better gaming performance.
