Please, help me to make a gaming desktop(i got hard drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse). Budget is 1000$.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/t24vqs that should be a good starting point, but modify it as much as you like :)  I haven't included an SSD as I'm not sure whether or not you have an OS, therefore the budget for an SSD

This is also assuming you're from/in the US, are you?

ok, that case i picked is the one I have and has 5 stock fans (3x120mm, 2x80mm) but I added 3 Corsair AF140s as they're super quiet, displace more air, and look great compared to the stock LED fans :) 

What resolution is your monitor btw?

I have a friend who can sell me a monitor at the store. Would you recommend what resolution monitor better to have for that build that u gave me?

For that particular build I'd say 1080p or at a stretch 1440p. For 1440p though, you may want to increase your budget slightly to upgrade the GPU.

You could also use a previous version of the intel core i5 (like the 3570k) to save some money, but I would use the one in that build
