how can i clean my graphics card?

i keep getting black screen, sound loop and light and fan still spin. can't click or see anything. i have taken my graphics card out and cleaned the fan on it with a ear bud. ''R9 290x Saphire'' please can i have help?

Ubrales
Use a can of compressed air on the outside and on the fan. Prevent the fan from spinning by blocking it when you use the compressed air. No need to dismantle the graphics card for cleaning.

Are you sure it's your GFX card? checked everything else - all internal/external cables and seatings? Have you recently made changes e.g. new card/s?

Are you sure your PSU meets the demand of your system?

Fully checked your monitor connections, source input, etc?

Thanks you for the relies guys. sent a mate out to get me some compressed air. yes i have checked all my cables over and over again. The computer is 3-4 months old, It was custom built for me and where do i go to check the Overclock settings? don't know much at all about what overclocking and that stuff is. once again thanks guys.
