Best cooling options between 212 EVO and Seidon 120V Water cooler?

OK so I have both those coolers and only just purchased the Cooler Master - CM 690 III case which came with the water cooler.

The 212 Evo has done a fantastic job at cooling my system (specs below) to around 13/14 at idle and max 38 at high load (currently summer). So my question is, would I see any benefit installing this water cooler? I have seen some bad reviews about the bundled fan that comes with it (have installed it on the top of my new case as an exhaust on silent mode, see photo) however if i was to swap the 212 evo and install the water cooler I'd obviously use the great fan that came with the 212 Evo rather than use the bundled fan that came with the water cooler.

You probably asking why I even want to bother changing the cooler when I'm already getting good cooling, well why not if I can get better with something that's just sitting in a box?

If anyone needs to know my system specs are:

Case: Cooler Master - CM 690 III
Motherboard: SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
PSU: Corsair RM750
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Mem: Corsair 8GB DDR3
GPU: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (MSI) Twin Forzr

This is the current setup of the fans although that begs another question, is the front 200mm fan on this case an intake or exhaust? Sorry I've not had the chance to rip off the front casing to check which way its blowing.

Sorry for the huge post and thank you in advance for any advice :)

You will have to go more than a 120mm liq cooler to out do the 212 EVO. I tried the H60 and couldn't get the temps my 212 gave me. Same story from others I've talked to. You need at least a 240mm radiator to get better cooling than the big 212 evo air cooler.

Yeah the 212 Evo really is a beast of a cooler, i was blown away with it compare to the stock cooler that came with my CPU. The evo is worth every penny! And yeah i had a feeling this water cooler couldn't out do the EVO which is a shame as it would mean much more air flow in my case. Any ideas on the airflow of the 200mm fan attached to the front of the CM 690 III case? Every other arrow I have on the image is correct other than the front fan, is that the best setup for air flow i could achieve with those fans? Or maybe the top fan would be best as an intake for the CPU cooler on the EVO to receive outside air rather than it being pulled away out the top?

Well I've never changed it and only had the case a week so i would assume cooler master would install it the correct way. Anyway looks like i'll be selling that water cooler.
