12gb ram with no dedicated GPU vs 6GB/4GB ram with nvidia 740m 2gb ?

Hi everyone, which one should be better?
12gb ram with no dedicated GPU
but has touch screen and 750gb HDD
or a notebook with 6GB or 4GB ram with nvidia 740m 2gb (this also has 750GB HDD) ?

That depends on your needs. If your usage requires that you need a lot of ram, but you don't play games. It is probably fine. If you play games and don't need that much memory, then the card with the faster GPU would probably be a better choice.

Also, keep in mind, that having an nvidia chip in your laptop is not necessarily indicative of good gaming performance. If I'm not mistaken the x40 cards are not very fast on a desktop, and on a laptop it is likely even more under powered, so it may not perform as well as you might expect. Take a...

Take a look at some benchmarks. If the 2 perform about the same then your decision got a lot easier.
