Corsair Cooling Advice

I have a few questions about a new build. So far I have decide on the following:

Corsair Obsidian 750D case
Corsair AX860i PSU
Asus Z97-A Mobo
Intel Core i7-4770k LGA 1150 Haswell
Asus Radeon R9 280X STRIX GPU

My question regards CPU cooling. I want to add a Corsair H80i/H100i Hydro cooler to the setup but I'm not sure whether I would benefit from having the dual fan/radiator arrangement, would a single fan/radiator be sufficient? I do not intend to overclock however the machine will be used for gaming and CAD applications.

Is it possible and would there be any point in having fans in front and behind the radiators? I have seen images of machines with twin intake fans and twin outlet fans.

If you are not planning to overclock, you do not need an aftermarket CPU cooler. Also, you would not need a 'K' series CPU. No matter what you do, the CPU will never output past its TDP of 84W without overclocking.
