I wouldn't go with that if I were you. The bundle has a Raidmax power supply, and SeaSonic is much better than Raidmax in power supplies.

All Intel processors come with an iGPU, it's normal. Haswell is just the architecture of the CPU. It's Intel's newest architecture, replacing Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge.
As for the comment by JustANewUser, the GTX 760 is overall stronger than the R9 270, stronger still than the R9 270X by 10-15 fps, even if we were to ignore the fact that the GTX 760 can run effects like HBAO+ or PhysX in games, which the AMD cards can't.
