Looking for a PC build (including monitor) under 1000$ that can run at high settings smoothly while playing Arma 3/4, League of Legends, or Battlefeild 4. Hoping to start buying a ton of more games that my computer can handle from steam over summer. This will be my first computer build so I'm really excited! Thanks so much for helping!

Does the budget include the OS as well? Since a couple of the previous builds ignored the fact that you need a monitor in the budget here's my shot at a build under $1000 that includes a monitor. I'll have to adjust the build if it's also supposed to include an OS.
