The computer boots and shows (f10) for setup and ESC for boot. After it shows a black screen with white letters telling me that my hard drive is functional. Then it goes to the next screen which only has a white underscore on the top left corner and then it restarts. I can get to bois and everything works fine there but I don't know what to do from that point. I was wondering if somebody could help me out? What could the problem be?!?!?!

In BIOS, check your boot order, your OS drive should be first or second listed - do you have a bootable or system disk in the optical drive? Check all cables (data notably) to ensure they are firmly connected
