Normal tempatures for my CPU / GPU when playing WatchDogs? Do I need an aftermarket cooler?

I have an Intel Core i5 4590 and NVidia GTX 770 gpu.

When playing Watchdogs tempatures for my CPU rise to 72 degrees C and GPU gets up to 76 degrees C.

Is this normal? Do I need more cooling options to ensure my PC will last and protect it? Recomendations...?

Thanks

I overclock air cooled GFX cards till they hit 84C or become unstable.

70-76C on CPU is normal for stock cooler.... I see like 58C-60C at 4.5 / 4.6 GHz under big gaming loads but my system is water cooled.

A Phanteks PH-TC14-PE will take you as far as you can go on air....runs about $65 .... $70 if ya want red, blue,

A Hyper 212 will run ya $30 plus another $15 for a 2nd fan ....say $45 .... the Phanteks will get ya aother 7C or more.

The Hyper 212 be aware is very easy to over tighten and you can damage ya MoBo if ya do so.

These are the temps of my system at it's normal state, while I'm not playing any games. (forgot to take this screen after playing watchdogs, will take it next time)

1. Is CPU / GPU Overclocked ?

2. How is GPU / CPU cooled (stock, 3rd party air, water)

3. Ambient Air Temps ?

4. Case cooling is ?

5. Your 1st post says those were gaming temps .... your 2nd posts says they are not playing

<== Color me confused :)

Those temps are not unusual for a typical air cooled desktop system under gaming loads. At idle, you need to do something or both will throttle.

Sorry forgot to include the picture. Please look at my previous post as it's attached now!

Case cooling is NXZT Phantom mini case...
Neither are Overclocked
The CPU is cooled by the stockfan
The GPU is cooled by the fan from the PSU poiting upwards at it and it's own fans (GTX 770)

Please let me know if you need anything else to answer or recommend something

I'll post a screenshot after gaming for a bit to see the new temps when my system is under pressure. Also 30C is typical in summer season but my room is very Air conditioned so is that a bit to hot for a cold room?

Also 70-76C playing Watch Dogs isn't abnormal? Will it wear down the system though? What if I played Watch Dogs for a few hours...? Would it be worth it then to invest in another method of cooling? I'd really like to keep my system in the best shape possible so it will last through the years. :(

What's the price for water cooling? Or am I unable for my case? And you think the Phanteks fan will keep thigns 7C cooler?

Also would you recommend I buy an aftermarket fan or do you think I'm okay?

Thank you very much sir

Also no one has said anything about my GPU temp is 72 degrees C okay for when running games? What if I played games for 2 hours could it be damaging in the long run?

thanks again
