Control windows 8.1 startscreen with Gamepad.

Hi everyone.
Does anyone know of a way to control the Windows start screen with an Xbox controller? Kind of like the Xbox. I'm aware of xbstart, but the website is down ):

i have been trying the website for three days. and i cannot get it to load. after reading a few forums, seems like a common problem, but i really want this app lol. what to do.

thanks oomek! i will try your program soon. for anyone else with any issues i did get controller companion from steam, that worked well on windows 8.1. looking forward to try xbstart about to try it out now.

i just downloaded and installed xbostart from their website, wanted to control the start menu like a gaming console for home theatre use.. although i can navigate the start menu with the controller, none of the apps seem to support it, what a waste of what could have been a great feature for windows 8/10
