{HELP} Collection of mods to make the game feel completely new again?

I have beat Skyrim a couple of time with almost no mods. Can someone here maybe make some sort of list or guide to a big collection or bundle of mods that will make the game feel new again. By the way I have a very good computer if that helps. I have also beat the guilds. Also, if you don't know of any mods than some RPG play styles would be cool to.

GEMS is a pretty huge list of mods that are considered high-quality and game-enhancing.

Other than that, there's my minor graphics mod. I didn't really expect to get almost 2000 endorsements for it, but I guess those art classes sort of paid off.

- Skyrim Total Enhancement Project. It has a nice guide about modding in general and a good list of not-too-heavy and non-immersion-breaking mods.
- Skyrim GEMS. A motherlode of good mods, divided into various categories.
