Solution
Set A is better, more room for air to cool the components and more room for upgrades later on. That RAM is kinda slow, try getting one that has the speed not less than 1600MHz.

Neither with that junk PSU. Raidmax PSUs generally use the bottom-of-the-barrel manufacturers. This one is Sun Pro, a company that makes PSUs that I'm not sure I'd even trust to be a paperweight. The Corsair CX 430 is the cheapest PSU I'd be willing to put into a PC. It's hardly a great power supply -- the caps are mediocre -- but it's a giant step up from this PSU.
