Is there a way to see if my gpu is even recognized on my mobo outside of an OS(WIndows / Linux). Each GPU can independently be detected.

I need as much help as I can possibly receive... any suggestions are welcome..

Yes, have even tried two different bridges just in case. Am starting to think it may be a MoBo issue... considering my previous model could support and detect (with a bottleneck). Previous MoBo: Asus M5A97 R2.0

Yes and with two installed. I got a copy of Win8 finally and the same thing occurs ... Although Win8 can't read clocks correctly for anything for some reason.
