I have a budget of 1300 and I'm trying to build a mAtx build in a Corsair Obsidian 350D. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can now get i5 4690k
Try ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 per -http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z97-motherboard,3824.html
You only need 120gb for OS. 240 is OK if you also want fast loading games.
Don't get Corsair CX pus - too many problems her - poor voltage, 24pin don't fit mobo. Get a good one per http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html eg Seasonic 520 or 620, XFX 550, Antec HCG 520 or 620M
