Hi guys,
I was just wondering what the minimum watt power supply would be required to install a 770 into my computer, and what would be a good one to buy on a budget.
My current supply is a Great Wall 550 watt
(http://www.mwave.com.au/product/great-wall-550w-power-s...)
which is powering my gtx 650ti and i doubt it can power a 770.

Also on a side note, could taking a graphics card overseas damage it in the process?

It depends upon your system. Though a good quality 500-550W PSU is sufficient for a single GTX 770.

GTX 770 draws 230W at peak load. You'll need a decent quality PSU that delivers around 450W @+12V rail to power your system efficiently. The below PSU delivers 44A(528W) @+12V rail and is sufficient for a single GTX 770.

This is a good quality PSU and at a reasonable price→XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

As long as you handle the card with care, there won't be any damage, the packaging also prevents from small accidents.

Thanks for the info!
Also i want to change my power supply since i've heard very negative remarks about it; such as it's a 'generic PSU' and 'it'll be the first thing to go' and it's also been discontinued for a while.

As for my components:
RAM: 8GB Kingston Ram DDR3 1xstick
Graphics Card: Gainward GTX 650ti 1GB edition
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-277M-D3H-MVP
CPU: Intel i5-3570
