The Micro ATX board is a bit cheaper and you really don't need a full ATX board unless running multiple graphics cards.

Processors:
Core i5 4440 for $179.99 (3.1 GHz, max boost 3.3 GHz)

Core i5 4570 for $196.97 (3.2 GHz, max boost 3.6 GHz)

Core i5 4670 for $209.98 (3.4 GHz, max boost 3.8 GHz)

Core i5 4690 for $214.99 (3.5 GHz, max boost 3.9 GHz)...
You don't have to overclock it if you don't want.
If not though, you can save some money on parts.
Replace the Core i5 4690K with a Core i5 4670 or Core i5 4690.
Even a Core i5 4440 is not that much slower and will save more.
Replace the motherboard with a cheaper one with the B85 chipset.
