After reinstalling Windows 7 Home Premium on a Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5303 laptop. I can no longer use the built-in Wifi adapter.

I did not use a recovery disk or a recovery partition so it's a Windows 7 installation that is not specific to this laptop. I have tried several drivers from the support page for this laptop on Toshiba's website. But nothing has worked.

The Function F8 key is used to turn on/off the wifi adapter but it but it obviously does nothing right now since it doesn't even show in Device Manager.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
