heres my build

ok so im no genius here when it comeys to ram but im 100% sure the "2400" in the ram refers to the mhz. meaning it should run at 2400mhz. yet in the uefi on the motherboard its set for 1600mhz, and if i increase the mhz then it will just bring up a black screen and nothing will happen then i have to reset the bios and whatnot. in the cpu-z application it says under the timings table "xmp 2400" which im assuming if referring to my ram stack and then it says the frequency is 1200. im assuming 1200 is a lot less then 2400. so why isn't it running at 2400mhz?
