(pc) i have a dual monitor setup and my main monitor seems to be the only screen with the issue. At first i thought it was my monitor so i tested the other monitor and connected it to the the same port where i had my main monitor and the problem persisted. Keep in mind my pc was still operational from the second monitor. I came to the conclusion that it could be the specific port i use for my main screen or just an issue with my video card. A temporary solution was to put my pc into sleep mode then turning it back on. this seems to work all the time but i want a permanent fix. What should i do?
