nop.
Those part i dont think so are compatible with each other. Bcoz u choosing a 2md gen i5 with a 4th gen motherboard.
Also that GPU doesnt balance your build.

So either you should go for an AMD build or increase budget a bit more. Since you wont be able to get Intel parts with a decent GPU in that budget.

Na
First motherboard and CPU will not work since 2nd gen processor are not compatible with 4th gen motherboard go for forth gen processor.
second Power Supply is also not enough as you are going for gaming go for min 450w to 500w.
third Video Card also not good go for Little high since it should match your build.
increase your budget for good Video Card.

you didnt got the point.. Why are you looking for older gen processor when you can get 4Th gen. i.e: i5 4000 series with H81/H87/Z87 motherbaord.
and maybe you can get those for around 200$ and about 160$ for GPU. Rest funds for other parts.

P.s: i wont recommend 750Ti at all. Get a R9 260x or some GTX 660

Get same gen motherboard and cpu

if you're short on budget i recommend getting the AMD FX-6300 and like amd hd 7850 or 7950. These are AMAZING graphics u can get up to 60 fps -/+ on battlefield 4

Something like this would work better:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2V Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($56.69 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Hitachi Ultrastar 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($48.00 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R7 265 2GB Video Card ($145.38 @ Newegg)
Case: Apevia X-SNIPER2-WHT ATX Mid Tower Case ($48.59 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($25.99 @ Newegg)

I am not sure what the build quality for the case is but I didn't change it since case choice is usually a personal thing. I stick to Corsair, NZXT, or Fractal Design for cases usually though since they almost always have good build quality.

Edit: I probably would have gone with this:
