GTX 770 and PSU Compatibility

Hello everyone,

The GTX 770 I am looking at has slots for 1x 8pin PCIe and 1x 6pin PCIe power connectors respectively. Now my question is, will my planned power supply, the Cooler Master V750 which has PCI-e 6+2 Pin x 4, be compatible with a GTX 770? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question I am pretty new with this stuff.

I appreciate any response and thanks to everyone.

Yea it will work. Your Power Supply will come with multiple connections for your card. One will have a 6 pin end, with a detachable piece that acts as an extra 2 pins. They clip together when you need the extra connection, like the 770. (I have this card too).
